This was one of the quickest and smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had. Chase and Jon worked with us remotely to set up everything so that picking up the new vehicle and signing final paperwork was quick and efficient. They gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and everyone there was very friendly and professional. The desert protection package was a nice add-on. The only thing I would suggest is leaving the front license holder bracket optional to the customer; we don’t use a front license plate so we are left with two holes in the front bumper cover. Otherwise, very good experience and would recommend Fallon auto mall to others.
