From Matt and team in the Maintenance Bay, to Don, Jim, Brent and team from the Service side, Plus the parts folks, and more, everyone has been Very Friendly, helpful to get my very large Ford Transit in to complete either Express or scheduled work. Both Waiting rooms are comfortable with snacks and beverages available. All work has been completed in a timely manner. Anything that needed more time would be communicated to me ASAP.
Laurel Ford is the BEST!! This is my third time leasing or buying a car from them, and they have always been amazing!!! Danny and Marty go above and beyond!! The whole experience was amazing!!!
