2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend 4x4

Came in for an oil change. The service manager was able to get me in a little early and the oil change was completed in a very timely manner, which got the vehicle in my hands early. That allowed me to be on my way to a scheduled doctors appointment with time to spare. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Everyone was more then willing to make things work out. Great crew at Soo Motors.

First if all I want to say “Thank You” for your Recall service! Ford Motor Company offered to provide valet service to transport my car for this recall. I’m happy I took advantage of their offer. They sent a couple guys to come pick up my car to have a fuel injection valve replaced from a recall. It’s was convenient for me to have my car picked up & returned so I didn’t have to wait while the work was done. I’m very pleased with the job that was done on my car. This was the second recall I’ve had repaired there. Their mechanic is great too I must say!

I received great service. Had oil change done. They also perform many systems checks, and document the results. They also rotate the tires at the same time. They were friendly and timely during my appointment.
