Athens Ford had the vehicle brought to my work to finish the deal/delivery. So easy and helpful! We had a couple little things to take it in for service (fog lamp & wipers) and Kyle the service manager was very understanding and helpful! His response time to my texts was fast. From start to finish, Omari Blakely did a great job as my sales professional. A true professional, Omari took time and really listened to me as we discussed the kind of vehicle I wanted. He was patient and never pushy. He did not try to sell me something just because it was on the lot. He worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. It took over 2 months, so if you are looking for someone who takes time to get to know you and what you are looking for...and who isn't pushy...Omari is your guy!
Quick, thorough and reliable! My service advisor Brandon Wilson, was very helpful. He was honest with his recommendations and didn’t sugar coat anything. When it comes to vehicle service, thats exactly what someone needs. I can’t recommend him enough! They were able to turn around a repair in a day. Although parts are delayed right now, if they have them in stock, they will work with your schedule! I’ll continue to bring my Ford to this location.
