2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend 4x4

My car was having issues that other places couldn't figure out. I was told to take it into a Ford dealership. I called and explained the issues over the phone. The guy on the phone immediately knew the issue and told me to bring it in to confirm. I dropped the car off and he actually gave me a ride to work. He called back a few hours later and told me it was exactly what he thought it was. It was the torque converter and suggested the transmission be replaced. I agreed to have it done. They provided me with a loaner vehicle to drive while they worked on my car. It took a little under a month since parts had to be ordered and they were booked up with other vehicles. My car no longer has issues and runs smoother than when I first got it. Ha! I definitely had a good experience with this dealership. Gavin did a great job.
