Eddie, Johnson, and Fred were very communicative, friendly, and professional. They made my first vehicle purchase an enjoyable one. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Great staff. Opens at 7:30 for service, got in right away. Omar great at getting the car in, getting progress updates, and paperwork. Nice customer area to sit in while waiting. They go over what needs to be done, and what was done, detailed on the paperwork. Found front brake pad were basically gone, got those replaced, well done and in short order. Always get service done here, I have 2016 Escape with 120,000 miles, runs great. Thanks!

I was needing to do a coolant flush for my F-150. I called Heritage Ford and spoke with Manny, in Parts. They had the coolant, but it was late in the day and I said I'd pick it up the next day. Came in the next day and had an additional concern with one of my a/c lines. Manny looked under the hood with me and not only found the concern with my a/c line, but also identified a leak in the quick connect coolant line going to the heater core. Sharp eyes Manny. I hadn't checked the coolant after I ran it normally, only before I would leave. Manny saved me $$ in coolant and potential $$$$ in repairs. Hats off to Manny. Auto repair shops need men like him, whom we can trust. Treat him well Heritage, other shops would be happy to steal him away from you.
