On the hunt for a new vehicle, I was advised to go to Billy Cain Ford and speak with Harold in Sales. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately by a friendly salesman. (I didn't get his name). I asked for Harold and was promptly taken to him. At the time I arrived, I was already beyond frustrated with the car buying process and a bit emotional as it seemed as though there was nothing out there that matched my budget and needs. I had scoured every car website imaginable; I had searched Marketplace, etc. and had even had an appointment to view another vehicle at a different dealership but cancelled due to their unwillingness to allow me to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. I was at my wit's end and just knew that I wasn't going to find what I was looking for. I explained to Harold just what I was looking for and in what price range. He indicated that they had something I might be interested in. While he left to get the vehicle, I was convinced it was going to be an old jalopy and far from what I was looking for. My daughter was far more optimistic and was delighted when a truck pulled up and she said, "Mom....I think that's it". Right away, I was impressed with the truck. It was far more vehicle than I thought I could get in my price range. We did the test drive, had all my questions answered, and got started on paperwork. Approximately 2-3 hours later, I had gotten myself a new vehicle. The entire buying process at Billy Cain was pleasant! From the second I met Harold, I was at ease. He made the experience memorable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the great service provided at this dealership and look forward to future visits for service. I even had a brief encounter with the Service Center and the staff was very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend Billy Cain Ford and you won't be disappointed if you have the pleasure to be assisted by Harold. Top notch service!

Can't say enough good things about Billy Cain's Service Department! Knowledgeable and friendly. You can't do better within 100 miles of ATL. Unlike service departments in the ATL area, they keep the customer informed and it "doesn't" take 4 hours for an oil change.

This is a GREAT PLACE to purchase a vehicle.!! I have dealt with the same dealer for over 40 years. I had purchased from them while in GA, they delivered it to my home. Then one day I stopped in Billy Cain Ford, a truck had caught my eye. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Ryan. He was super, he explained the vehicle and showed me several like it. I saw one I liked, and the purchase process was easier than anything I had experienced. They were so friendly but yet very professional. I usually trade every two years, so my FL dealer called to tell me it's time for a new truck. I informed them I had chosen a New Dealer, Billy Cain Ford of Cornelia, he couldn't believe it. The personal friendly service that Billy Cain of Cornelia is second to none. Try them you will be glad you did.
