This is my review of the Folsom Lake Ford Service Dept. I gave them five stars! Ordinarily, you would think that if you had to go to the service department it would be a bad day. I had three recalls on my brand new Ford Maverick hybrid (although I was not personally experiencing any problems with my vehicle). From improper illumination of instrument cluster, turn signal outage detection system failure, to premature engine failure resulting in an under the hood fire.???? I arrived early for my 7am appointment. I was greeted by Mr. Jim Zerkovich, who took me in early! He cautioned me that my repairs could take four hours. He reassurred me that the repairs and the servicing of my car (oil, filter, lube, tire rotation) would be completed that day. He then helped me arrange free schuttle transportation home. He called me when work on my truck was completed. Five star service! At the schuttle, I met Wayne. He was polite, plotted the shortest route, and dropped you at your front door. He also provided information on arranging a free pick up to retrieve your car! Five star service!???? Both gentlemen made the chore of doing a car repair a great experience.... * By the way, "The place was jammed." Check the photos. P.S. Ford Motor Company paid for all the repairs.

Folsom Lake Ford is a step above. Professional and genuine, courteous and helpful. We first visited this dealer 3 weeks ago on a quest for an Explorer Platinum or ST. We shopped at many dealerships, but found that Folsom was honest and accurate in all information. No pressure. We dealt with 3 individuals and all are above 5 star. Joe Romiez and Marvin in sales, and Eric in finance made our purchase seamless. I highly recommend this dealership!

I had some time to kill after dropping off my GMC at the dealership. I browsed through the used car selection and found a car I had been looking for. I had great sales help from Anthony C and Kevin. They were informative and patient and listened to my wife when she said, "Don't yank my chain!". She is not a fan of sales experiences she has had before including FL Honda. This was a complete 180 from the earlier ones and we were completely satisfied with our used car purchase. Super-knowledgeable and listened to us. My first ever Ford purchase, BTW. I would come back.
