Fantastic experience. If only purchasing a car could always be so amazing. From Sam referring us to Paul (Best Sales rep ever, so down to earth) all the way down to Finance with Nate, we couldn't have been treated better. There are plenty of Ford dealers from our house to S Portland but will make this trip every time for this level of service.
This was by far the easiest, fastest and seamless experience we have had at a car dealership. Billy was so helpful. He took the time to work with us before we went in by running numbers and communicating in stock vehicles that we were interested in. Once we made our decision, he worked to get everything ready to go before we even walked through the doors. That made the process of showing up at the dealership much less daunting.
