I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Tim Cheng for making my car experience so positive. Tim’s expertise, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending Tim to anyone I know looking for new vehicle.
This is the first time I bought my first car at Ford Motor Shop. I like this f150 very much. There is also tim, who is a very good salesman and has served me patiently. Makes me feel very happy.
This starts in 2021 with an order of a 2022 Maverick Latiat Crew Cab from Joe Myers. Months go by and we hear nothing. Then it’s an email from FORD! That says our bad we commit to spam emailing you every 6 weeks and tell you nothing. Now I have a 2023 Maverick order and I am priority in queue…aka trust me the check is in the mail. Then more spam saying Covid, supply etc…not that we limited production. About here Mavericks are showing up on lots all over North America….nice to know how priority my order placed in 21 was. Then the email I told my son was coming. It said we are not honoring your order, there is more profit in making you reorder than we think we will loose if you don’t. BTW @joemyersford it’s now 5 months and 3 trips…WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT, damn thieves. So imagine my surprise when he fell in love with the edge. Longer story but Neil, the GM and the staff at AutoNation restored our faith in car dealers, but Ford to me as a company needs to flush a couple of times.
