Viva Ford El Paso has the best sales team in town, just got a brand new Mustang Dark Horse, the team helped me getting a nice deal and 2 hours later I just drove a dream of a car, special thanks to Andrés Sotelo, Adrian and Peter. Go to Viva Ford and get a pretty good deal on the new 2024 mustangs, bth I traded in a sweet 2019 red mustang with the black accent package, new tires, just serviced, go and get your deal on this car, it had a special value to me, but I couldn't say no to the Dark Horse :')

Adrian was very knowledgeable about the Bronco and his awesome personality and attitude goes beyond your expectations. Kept me constantly informed thru my financing process. Will highly recommend him to my friends and work colleague's.

Was sold a part that was not needed by the service department and was given the runaround till the manager of the parts department, Miguel, stepped in and shut it all down. I’d swear he had a cap under that ford shirt of the way he was able to set everything right, was going to start heading to Casa Ford or online for parts but Miguel made me a loyal customer a gain and even order a $350. part right then. It is easier to do business when you feel they care more about the name on the invoice than the dollar signs at the bottom. Out of my 5 cars, 3 are Fords ranging from 1929 to 2023, If I ever have problems with this place again, I am asking to talk to Miguel even if it is not his department, I know he will steer me strait.
