I took my 2023 Ford Maverick for a recall repair as well as an oil and filter change and we were in and out in just over an hour. Bea scheduled the appointment and was friendly and thorough. I even received a phone call back informing me the work required could be done at my residence if I would prefer at no additional cost. I decided to take the vehicle to the dealer since my condo association does not allow vehicles to be repaired in our complex. Upon arrival I went to see Jimmy in service who immediately got the vehicle in. Jimmy kept me updated on the service being done throughout the process. The mechanic doing the service also had the capability to stream me a video to my phone on what he was doing. Jimmy has been at the dealer for a number of year's and I can see why, he is personable and professional at his job.

This dealership has vastly improved. New break room is finished and nice. This service center now does a video inspection which is great. Now I can keep a good record of everything they inspect. And the customer service and communication has gotten Lot better from past experiences. Shot out to Jimmy the service tech. Nice guy.
