I’m not the one to leave a google review but I told Arron that I wanted to leave one. 1000/10 I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Arron Knisley is the BEST salesman that we ever had! That is the Truth!! I had been looking for a white or glacier pearl Kia K5 GT-Line with red seats with a panoramic roof for months. I live in Iowa. I tried talking to local dealerships. I also tried talking to dealerships that were one to two hours away. I could not find my dream car anywhere. Apparently this type of car with everything I wanted was very hard to find. One that was within my price range too. The dealerships weren’t too helpful with the search process. I decided to keep on the lookout myself. I had just sold my car so I didn’t have one. I was in desperate need of a car. This past Tuesday I was scrolling through the facebook market. I quickly spotted the car that I had been looking for. The salesman, Arron Knisley, had posted the car. I messaged him about the car right away. Arron responded immediately answering all my questions about the car! Called my boyfriend to see if we could make a trip to the EBY Ford Dealership that day. The trip was about 4 hours there. We decided to take the drive to see about the car. During the whole ride there Arron communicated with us. Arron marked the car as sold so the car would be held for me to look at. He also pulled the car up front. He ran some numbers even before getting to EBY Ford. Upon arriving he met us, greeted us, and spoke with us about numbers. Arron was very professional but laid back. Arron was easy going but also very honest with us (which is a hard trait to find within a salesman). Arron did not put any pressure on us. Very personable! We took the Kia K5 for a ride. We fell in love! Came back to talk about the pricing. Told Arron that I had a certain budget and payment that I wanted to stay with. Arron and Josh (from finance) worked to get us a deal. Within 10 minutes they were able to find me an amazing deal for my dream car! They were able to get the car within my price range as well as the payments I wanted! We were so so happy! We did not drive 4 hours for nothing. This process was smooth. We agreed to the deal.They got the car and paperwork ready for us. The process only took about an hour!! As soon as we left my boyfriend had thoughts about coming back here to sell his truck soon. Arron was excited for us as well! I could NOT be more happier with the car and the experience I had at EBY Ford!! It was well worth the drive!!

I purchased a truck from this location. I went to numerous dealerships and couldn’t believe what they were asking for used, older, high mileage trucks. I ended up buying a 2020 F-150 with low miles and lifetime power train warranty at a price that destroyed any other dealership I went to! Dylan was an awesome guy to work with! My only (small) complaints are that the interior of the truck was really dirty, and it was very out of alignment. I’m not taking any stars away for that though, because I didn’t contact the dealership and just had my mechanic take care of the alignment. I highly recommend Eby and Dylan!

My husband sold his truck to Eby. Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We truly enjoyed working with him. He seemed sincere and not pushy like alot of salesman tend to be.
