I can’t say enough positive things about my entire experience at AutoNation Ford North Canton. I met AJ Harvey out on the lot, told him what I was looking for, and he literally went to work, both on the lot and on the puter. He directed me to a car that met all my criteria. Such a beautiful car! At that moment, I knew I was gonna buy a car from AJ. He was so professional, I never once thought his priority was peddling another car for his commission. His priority seemed more like he wanted a life long client. It was obvious he was looking at the long game…and it worked! He is now my “go to” guy when I or anybody in my orbit says they are looking for a car. And let’s not leave out Ashley at the finance desk. She busted her buns to get me the APR that I was seeking. She worked some magic, and voila! She delivered, and she did her job professionally and with a smile. Loved working with her as well. This man was out switching my plates in the rain, and worked with my credit union down to the wire to ensure I could pick up my 2021 EcoSport last night. He's also a great test drive companion!
