We just bought a new truck at Tri Lakes and had a flawless experience. We called to check availability of a truck we saw online. We spoke to Wes who not only wanted to "put hands on it" to confirm the truck was on the lot and available but also offered to stay late to meet us. When we got there, the truck was pulled up, had been sprayed down and was waiting for us. Within 2 hours, after Wes ran and filled the tank, we were driving away with the truck and invited back Saturday morning for a detail we didn't have time for that evening. Wes walked us through getting the Ford app set up and will show more of the features on Saturday. Through the finance process, everyone was knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
