I called ahead to verify the truck I wanted was in stock. I also verified the price on the website was the actual price they would sell for. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was sitting out front waiting for me to arrive. They handed me the keys and I was test driving within 2 minutes. I was pre approved so the time to complete paperwork was very short. I was in and out in about an hour. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
