The easiest purchase I've ever done for a vehicle. Everyone was nice, personable, and to the point. I think total time there was maybe an hour. I did everything online, from my couch, sick. I went through my credit union and they didn't push to try to to through them. It was zero pressure, straight to the point, and I loved it.

This was my first experience buying from a dealership. I inquired about an F150 online and was shortly thereafter reached out to. Jason was who I worked with over the next 3-4 days while I did my research and looked at several other trucks. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and forthcoming with information. We hammered out most of the details ahead of me actually visiting the dealership. So when I came to look at the truck I already knew the FULL price. All I had to do was look over the truck in person, test drive, and decide if I wanted it. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out in a little over an hour. No games, no shady stuff. They were truthful and honest, no surprise fees at the end. You hear horror stories about dealerships all the time. I have zero complaints about Brinson Ford, it was a pleasant experience. I would buy another car here if I was looking and they had what I was looking for.
