This was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. Joe Battles was our salesman that got us into our dream truck. Seriously felt like I was buying from my cousin. Jerry Lande in the Finance Office was my long lost uncle. I messaged Joe on Thursday night about the truck, he had it brought it up from their lot down south the next day and by that evening we had our trade-in and deal all taken care of. Joe stayed late to get us taken care of. So did Jerry. Had to take it today for install on a couple of options and the Service department was super courteous and helpful. I’d recommend Dale Howard to all my family and friends. We will be using them for our service needs and will look to them for our next vehicle purchase.
