The reason I chose this dealership for my new car experience is due to several factors. First they had some of the highest online ratings in Charlotte area for a Ford dealership. The last time I bought a Ford was back in 2014 from another dealership on North Tryon. Now that I’m older, I see that was an experience that manipulated me into buying a car and financing into a situation that damaged my credit score by almost 100 points. The dealer was making promises that did not end up holding up. And when it came down to service situations for the vehicle, I was not treated well. At Huntersville Ford you will have a complete opposite experience. I was not harassed, I was not manipulated, and they really do have your best interest at heart. They are so confident in their expertise and experience that they don’t mind you walking out the door and they don’t harass you about it. But just like so many I ended up coming right back to purchase the car that I looked at because of the great customer service and the vehicle. I can tell this is a dealership that will take care of my needs to the best of their ability for my car. Thank you!!!
