I ordered my Bronco in November 2023. Luda was very helpful in picking the options I wanted and didn't want. Even ones I didn't know where available. Between Keisha, with online sales, Doug in service, and owner, Nick, I was kept well informed of then status of my Bronco as I was anxiously waiting for its arrival. On the day it arrived, I received text messages from several of them sayingy Bronco had landed. When it came down to the dreaded part of paying for it, Tim in financing was easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The final step, Luda waled me through all the cool features of my new Bronco. This was a very positive, fun and exciting 5 month adventure. Thank you Ames Ford and everyone there.

I recently purchased a Blackops ford f150 from Ames. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bre as my sales woman. She made my buying experience very easy and effortless. I was a bit skeptical buying a car so far away from where I live, you see that I live on a small island on the North Carolina coast about 20 hours drive time from Iowa. After our initial conversation my apprehension was gone. She, along with Ames Ford, changed the way I will buy cars and trucks in the future. Ames Ford Lincoln and especially their rep Keisha Bailey did a great job helping me buy a newer, used car. In April. I had seen the car and offering on-line but I was three hours away. Keisha & Ames took a number of extra steps to photograph and otherwise make me comfortable with the vehicle. As a result I choose to travel to them assured the car would be there. They had pre-qualified financing and made sure that I knew what I needed to have with me and generally settled my questions. I did choose to buy on seeing and driving the car / it was as described and clean. Thank you Keisha and Ames Ford!
