I had a great experience with Evan Madert from Ted Britt Ford. He initially reached out over the phone and talked me through all my questions and concerns before I even walked into the dealership. I couldn’t get out there until later but he made sure to keep an open line of communication and checked in with me to make sure I was getting the exact vehicle I wanted. I popped in later that week without an appointment and he was very gracious and accommodating. He made us feel comfortable through the cold weather and there was no pressure through the process. At the end of it we had spent several hours sorting things out and left with what we wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back for the raptor r next year with Evan.
