Gregg Smith Ford replaced the front end parts on my 2002 F250. It now drives smooth and quiet. I asked to have the air conditioner checked out as it wasn’t getting cold. They checked all the hoses for leaks, check compressor for issues and added coolant as needed. Perfect!

My review is a couple years late, but about 2 years ago I purchased an F-150 from here and the buying experience was fantastic. My salesman Wyatt was great to work with and didn't try and sell me on something I wasn't comfortable purchasing. Wyatt has since moved on from this dealership, but that doesn't change the fact that this dealership is great to do business with. They made the entire buying process a breeze and didn't add any hidden fees, add ons, or pressure me into buying a truck I didn't want. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would highly suggest stopping by and talking to them.

Yesterday, Gregg Smith Ford Service Manager, Dallas Wells, stopped to help me with a flat tire while I was passing through Clinton. I hit something on 7 Highway and my tire immediately failed. I made it to one of the outer roads and was starting to make calls for help when he pulled up behind and me offered to help. He jumped right in and started getting out the tire changing equipment and removed the spare tire. He enlisted help from some of the other Gregg Smith service techs to assist me (had me drive to the shop to ensure my lug nuts were torqued correctly so that I could make the hour drive home). I can only imagine how the service department treats customers knowing the way they treated me, a stranger driving a Chevrolet. Thanks again Dallas and the rest of your team for getting me back on the road.
