Scott and his crew were great and went out of their way to accommodate me. On my way home (100 miles away) I some how managed to spear the tire of my Mercedes 350 through the side wall with a 4” bolt. Being AWD I had to replace all 4 tires and after a recent 7600 mile road trip to Alaska pulling a 24 ft trailer I knew I would have to soon.. I just wasn’t ready to pay the minimum $1200 that they would cost that day! Not only did they give me a smoking deal for considerably less … but they actually had the hard to come by 19” tires I needed! It is a busy place, with good reason. Tom who helped me had a constant stream of customers with scheduled appointments. Yet he managed to fit me in knowing I was traveling through The facility is modern, laid out, clean and comfortable with knowledgeable responsive employees. But don’t let the size fool you … there is a real honest small town vibe here. You can rest assured that whatever you drive their Service /Tire Dept will take care of you .

My sales person is Luke Newberry. He caught my interest on Monday by answering my phone questions giving out good information. Tuesday he came in on his day off. Met me and we quickly got down to business. Found the car to meet my needs, fit my budget and were out for a test drive inside of 30 min. Like was easy to deal with , so friendly. My old mechanic from Grafts auto repair just happened to have taken a position in the mechanic position. He just happened to be at work. He gave us a good gander under the hood and gave us a good bill of health. My paper work came back with a discount in price. Nichole was quick with my paperwork. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I’m still working to get my own finances in order 4 days later. Hope to have it done by next week. I love driving my 2012 Subaru Outback it’s perfect for my needs. I will recommend Astoria Ford to my friends and I really enjoyed this magical experience. Thank you.
