My husband and I had the best car buying experience with Zack Elrod and the rest of the dealership. You can definitely tell that it is a family owned business and I recommend them a thousand times over. We will definitely be back for our future needs and refer our friends and family.

Let me start off by saying that I am the LAST person to take time to write a review. I truly am usually indifferent to any experience; however, My fiancée and I drove an hour and a half to John Megal Ford, and If we knew the service we were going to get, we would have drove 5 hours for it. Zack Elrod was an incredible salesman and helped us through every step of the way. He made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. He answered any questions we had and was not afraid to say if he didn’t know an answer (which was just once) & he went and found out the answer immediately. We waited a bit of time before we could get in to sign paperwork, which was no issue at all, but during the time we conversed with Zack and he kept great and funny conversation. He was down to earth and we got really lucky to have him as our salesman. We did not feel pressured or coerced at all. We had a great experience buying the car!

John Megel Ford reminds me of buying cars 20 years ago no high pressured sales. The salesman actually cares about what you’re looking for not just a Sell and the finance department will make sure that everything is thorough. upper management actually calls you back when they say that they will thank you. Keep up the good work.
