Came in over the weekend to look at a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I had an appointment with David Collins. I arrived early and David greeted me promptly. David was absolutely great to deal with. Made everything super quick and simple. I ended up purchasing the truck the same day. I was able to trade in my old truck and received exactly as quoted on KBB. I've purchased quite a few cars from different dealers and I have always been lowballed in the past and had to negotiate with trade in prices. As soon as my offer was given to me for my truck, I knew the rest of the experience would be great! Zero pressure and absolutely no obnoxious sales tactics. The F250 I purchased was incredibly fairly priced. In all my past vehicle purchases from numerous dealers, this was 100% the fastest, most efficient, and easiest experience I have ever had. David was a man of his word on everything he mentioned the new truck I purchased would get (brand new tires, wheels, and running boards). I am incredibly happy with the entire experience and with the customer service I received from David and the rest of the employees at the Chuck Colvin Ford dealership. I am so impressed with the entire experience, I will be bringing my truck back here from Salem for any servicing and skipping on the Salem dealerships. David Collins and his manager,David Hoover, did a fantastic job of working with me to get the most of our trade-in and the best deal on the vehicle I was purchasing. They were diligent in the process and made sure everything was in line before I made the 2-hour one way drive to drive the vehicle I was interested in. Once we figured out that was indeed the truck for me the process went quickly and smoothly as everything was set up before I got there. There was a bit of time we had to wait for financing, but David Collins stayed with me and chatted with me rather than rushing off to the next client. Bill, the finance guy did an amazing job as well. When I noted an error, he got it fixed right away and we went through the paperwork quickly. They also allowed me to take the paperwork and vehicle with me so my wife could sign and provided a means for us to get the paperwork back without having to drive back up. I greatly appreciated this as my wife and myself both have busy schedules where finding the free time is difficult. Overall, the experience was awesome and would recommend the Colvin Auto Sales group to other looking for a vehicle.
