I LOVE Stanley Ford McGregor over other Ford dealerships! We had some repairs needed on our old Explorer and ended up taking it to Stanely due to lack of availability at other local Ford shops. They were respectful, very informative, didn't overly push up sales, etc. So recently, when we had some other routine aging maintenance needs, we decided to go with them. We had already been discussing trading in come August of this year, and debated going ahead and doing it now due to the age of the Explorer. Before my service appointment, I went and spoke with sales. Our sales person was not pushy at all, answered my questions, and only supplied additional information that was aligned with what we were asked for and he thought was relevant based on our circumstance. It was obvious he was experienced and knew his stuff. We ended up leaving the Explorer with them and walking away with a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Expedition instead. We had a great, efficient experience, and LOVE the new car! When it came time to finishing up paper work, they of course as part of their own job requirements had to walk us through warranty options. We've personally had VERY poor experience with Ford's extended warranty claim approval process and simply shut them down quickly and explained this. They were respectful and not pushy about it. They've followed up to check on us twice, but again no up-sale push, and very respectful. All and all, we had a GREAT experience with them. They'll definitely be getting my service business from here on out, and I'd check with them first on inventory for the next car purchase.

My 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon What a good experience. Justin was great to deal with when looking at my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in there used car inventory. I can not say enough, Justin and the Stanley Ford sales team are fantastic! The finance guy Shawn also was friendly and worked with me to find the best finance option for me! My experience with Stanley Ford in McGregor was such a difference from my attempts of getting a late model used vehicle in the North Dallas area. It is good to be home! back here in the Heart of Texas! I would happily tell anyone who would listen, if they are looking for a fair shake, a smile and a Great Deal! They need to Speak the Justin at Stanley Ford McGregor!
