2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend 4x4

Picture this: we're on vacation in the Western U.P. (Covington) and while packing up to travel home (lower peninsula) the hubby decides to kick the ball one last time for the labrador and the ball takes out the driver's side-view mirror on our 2013 F-150. Hubby duct tapes the mirror on ???? and we head to the closest Ford dealer in Marquette. They were unable to help. We continued on toward home but that janky mirror is not going to last 5 more hours on the highways of Michigan. So...we pulled into Mackinac Sales and lo & behold THEY HAVE A WHOLE MIRROR ASSEMBLY! For a 2013!! They pulled the pickup right into the service bay and got to work right away. We were in and out in under an hour. Well done, Mike! Thank you for the fast and excellent service! This dealership ROCKS!

I read some negative reviews; our experience was completely different. We were on the way to the UP from the Detroit area when my relative's Explorer belt disintegrated. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We were near this Ford dealership and went directly there. It was near the end of the day and they were busy but Alex the service manager came out and diagnosed the problem. We tried to talk them into working overtime and we would pay. They politely declined. They gave us a ride to a nearby hotel and told us they would call in morning. They called at 9 am. They came and picked us up!!!! They open at 8!!!!!!! Wow. Wow. Wow! Great service, great attitude. Thanks for wonderful customer service!
