Eventually my 10speed transmission started experiencing some shifting issues. I took the truck into my local dealership in Oregon. Painless process. Transmission fixed. Deductible paid. I am very pleased with the ford escape I got on Monday. Everyone there was very friendly and not pushy at all. George helped find me the perfect vehicle.
