I walked in not knowing what to expect upon arrival Nico came and spoke with us. and let’s just say this man right here is very polite respectful and very upbeat His personality is basically what sold the car he was very informative and took the time to explain the process even with my million questions and not once did he get impatient with me He is awesome keep him around . We also met Steve and let’s just say again the personality and atmosphere they provide is unlike any other they made my day very pleasant and I also drove away with a new 2024 mustang that I didn’t think was possible but these guys right here rock I’m glad they made this experience a good one I would definitely recommend going to talk to them before looking any where else they are both awesome people and will do anything they can to help you get the car of your dreams hassle free Thanks again Nico and Steve y’all are the best !!!!
Wonderful experience! 10/10! I messaged the dealership and received a quick reply that started the car buying process. Honestly they made the whole experience a breeze from start to finish. I drove 4 hours and expected a snag (of some sort) but Stephan Murphy greeted me with a smile and took care of everything. Outstanding customer service, professional and polite is an understatement. I was then passed to the business manager Alex Tolentino who was on point with his organization and knowledge. I greatly appreciate him walking me through the paperwork and answering all my questions.
***Dealer has remedied the below situation. Buyer beware. They aren't bad to deal with initially, but make sure your vehicle is perfect before you take possession. I live pretty far from the dealership in another state. The Mustang GT Convertable had minor physical damage issues, some dents, missing trim parts, and the back windows didn't work properly. The salesperson Haven gave me a "we owe" form stating they would fix the issues. I took the car back to them once to fix the issues and left it for a couple of days. Unfortunately, they didn't fix everything they said they would and didn't really seem that bothered about it. The dents, paint issues, and back window problem still exist. After some conversation, the service manager Samantha did say they would make it right, but I now have to drive several hours to take it again, wasting another day. The fun part is they added another dent to my Mustang while they had it and brushed it off as no big thing. I tried to get Samantha, their service manager, to just pay someone here to fix it as they already had the car back once, but she low balled the local guys price. Make sure you are completely happy before you walk out the door, or they will give you the run around about getting it fixed.
