I have always had the best service at Taylor Ford. Nick Isom is my regular car salesman and I’ve bought five cars from him over the years. My parents have bought from Nick and just recently so has a friend. He’s very friendly and communication is excellent. His partner Andrew had to help with my Black Edge since Nick was out on medical, but Nick still called me and gave me Andrew’s information and advised I would be working with Andrew this time around. It felt kinda strange not working with Nick directly. Andrew was compassionate and easy to work with. Michael Swiderski was my finance agent. He remembered me and came out to Andrew’s desk and we signed all the docs there since I had others with me. Mike is a great guy and knows what he’s doing. Josh was and continues to be very helpful. He even stayed after hours since I didn’t arrive until 845 pm. Before taking off in my new vehicle, he made sure I knew how to work all the new gadgets. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
