One of the better car buying experiences I've had. Trade in was one of the better values I received talking to several dealers, but not too much. Carl was easy to deal with and low pressure. I liked that he had a tablet with vehicle information handy, so he could access any information needed. The fact that we didn't have to sit in a finance office with the door closed feeling trapped like many dealers was very nice, and the facility was nice. Working with the team Melody, Carl, and Adam via text and phone was smooth as well. The only negatives I have is the exterior of the expedition had just been cleaned, but the cleaning/detailing team wasn't great. The Town & Country team I interacted with was good across the board all the way down to the lady from Finance who got the final signatures.

My spouse and I arrived with a nearly hopeless condition. One of the sales representatives. Carl achieved the seemingly unattainable by going above and beyond. Carl stayed after hours to help, and I really appreciate that. Suat, the sales manager, is a leader the world needs. He leads by example and supports his team. If you're in the market for a new or used automobile, go to Ford and ask for Carl; he will take good care of you. This is one of the best dealerships in Charlotte.

Carl Ralston provided fantastic service for me and my wife. We came in with a long list of vehicle preferences for our new family vehicle. Having the two of us, plus two kids and two dogs, we needed a vehicle that met all our criteria and Carl went out of his way to get it done. He found our perfect vehicle at auction and bought it specifically for us. Not only did he get it for us, but he did everything he could to keep us informed every step of the way so that it wasn’t sold to someone else before we had the chance to get it. Carl is an example of what all vehicle sales people should strive to be…he was highly communicative but wasn’t pushy at all, and at the end of the day he got the job done for us. I will be buying my next truck from Carl and only Carl.
