2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

Thursday before labor day weekend our truck broke down an hour and a half away from Burns. The Ford dealership in Bend and Prineville couldn't get us in for an emergency repair but when I called Brian at the Burns store he said he would get me in. We got it in first thing Friday morning. Brian went above and beyond to find us a used part so we didn't have to wait for a part to be shipped in. He found a part and got it fixed the same day. We were back on our road trip to Arizona in no time. Thank you so much for all your hard work. This mishap has renewed my faith in people helping out. Every person we ran across in Burns went beyond my expectations to help us in some way.

Thank you Brian, you went above and beyond to help us get back on the road, it was an extensive repair job which took having to order parts leading to an extended stay, with three possible diesel mechanics in the town, Brian and company got the job down, my truck drives like new, also, thank you to Caelyn for providing taxi service back and forth to Burns RV Park. This towns community was awesome and took us in like we lived there, such hospitality we received. I would definitely recommend Burns Ford !!!!!
