2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I brought my first Ford to John Kennedy in Conshohocken for servicing because the dealership where I bought the car provided a poor customer experience during the sale and follow-up servicing. John Kennedy Ford has always provided exceptional customer service — so much so that I bought my second Ford there. As a single woman, I appreciated that I wasn’t pressured and the sales team made several great recommendations during the sales process. The service techs complete maintenance and repairs on time, do quality work, communicate well, and are friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Exactly what I expected from my first new vehicle purchasing experience. Don't wish to elaborate but do your homework and be an informed buyer. Mike Henkin was friendly and respectful through vehicle ordering and buying process. This visit was with service department 11/29/2023 for State inspection / Emissions and oil change with tire rotation. Perfect visit. Nick in service was very helpful and just a great experience. 5 star ? service!!! Oh and they have lots of vehicles in stock including that weird looking little bronco in pic obviously intended for a specific gender... ????
