Matt Legrand and his main manger Clayton Roberts were the absolute best to work with. I was recommended Superior by older brother who has also had very good experiences at their Chevrolet dealership location. Honestly this was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. They both went above and beyond to make things work and really went to bat for me to get a dream truck I always wanted and then some. Communication was excellent with Matt and they both worked behind the scenes to really be on my side and in my court. I will forever recommend Superior and will be coming back time and again to buy from them in the near future. Don't waste your time with others. Make the drive to Siloam and come see these guys. This is the only dealership I felt like was truly honest and upfront with me and were on my side. Thank you guys again for everything!

This is the first time that I have bought from Superior Ford in Siloam Springs. I was searching for a used Ford Raptor and ending up working with Clay Johnson. He was an outstanding salesman. He had a zero pressure approach and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the truck. Secondly, the sales manager (I forgot his name) was very polite and made sure that both parties were satisfied on trade-in and the purchase. Both of these individuals have went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and continue to make sure that I’m satisfied. You don’t get that treatment at every dealership so it was good to see in a “not so good” automobile market. Thank you Clay and I’m sure we will work together again.
