Classic Ford is by far one of the best auto dealers I've ever encountered. We had our motor home go into fail safe mode going 65mph on I95. We ultimately used Ford Roadside as our chassis is Ford, to get towed to Classic Ford. Our Service Advisor Jamie jumped right on it. He realized we'd not had lunch and went to Chick-fil-a and bought us lunch! What a great guy! Jamie got their tech Ronnie to assess the issue. The wiring harness wasn't secured correctly and had fallen into the manifold and melted. A second issue caused by the tow truck driver was identified, parking brake burned and ruined. Classic Ford let us hook our motor home to their power and water so we stayed from Friday to Wednesday in our RV on their lot. They talked to us daily letting us know about parts and when parts arrived, Ronnie patched the wiring until that part comes and he changed the parking brake and cable. He also replaced the fuel pump sensor. I can't say enough good about Classic Ford!! They were caring, compassionate, informative and honest!

Took my car in for a recall on transmission shifter cable bushing. Service was done quickly as promised, about an hour. I spoke to Dane when l first came into the service dept. He was very pleasant and he continued to assist me. Asked if l should anything in the future to give them a call and come back. I liked that. Reassurance and the timely manner l was there.

Alex and the rest of the crew were fantastic. From moving things around first thing in the morning to assess our old car, to helping us find the best option when we needed to trade for something different. Being in between our travel destinations, my husband and I were very stressed. But the crew at Classic Ford made the process as easy as possible! I will forever be grateful for their time and effort.
