We bought our Mustang GT from Emily Paz in August, and in my 54 years, she’s been the most knowledgeable and professional car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. Her understanding of cars—inside and out, including the engine—is second to none. She never pressured us, allowed us to make our own decisions, and offered valuable help with financing. I live out of state, and my son goes to school nearby, but Emily made the entire process seamless. She guided us through the complexities of insurance and out-of-state registration with ease. Even after the purchase, she’s gone above and beyond—providing my son with true white-glove service. She schedules his service appointments, greets him when he drops by, and even helped him when he had a flat tire, walking him through the entire process. We also own a $100,000 Mercedes, and the level of service and care Emily provided far surpasses what we’ve experienced there. She’s simply outstanding.

We had an excellent experience with Gene Messer Ford Lincoln Lubbock. Our salesperson, Dylan, did an excellent job in understanding what we were wanting and found us just the right bright red Lincoln Nautilus! He worked hard to find it and get it to the dealership in time for a trip we were taking. He personally delivered the car and set everything up for us making it such a pleasant transition. What a fine young man! Aliyah was very professional in handling the financial paperwork and understood all of the details. She worked efficiently to finish the deal and get us on our way!
