They are very easy to deal with every time I call into the mobile service desk and talk to Mrs Auburn she is very helpful with helping set up to get my 2024 ford f250 STX truck scheduled to get serviced and when I call to let her know I’m at the location to let her guy know and she is very helpful I willl always choose Weikert ford every time and I want to also give a huge thank you to the owner Steven for all his help whe me and my dad were getting ready to purchase this truck back in October of 2025 and also I was very happy when they brought and delivered the truck to me at my house and they guy that delivered it was very nice I will always recommend you guys to people when they are ready to buy a truck or car

Let me preface this review letting you know I was dealing with Roy at Weikert Ford from 1,100 miles away and I could not have asked for a better dealership experience from start to finish. I inquired about a used truck online expecting the same typical dealer run around I had with the dozens of others I contacted. From the get go I noticed something very different with Weikert. First of all it was very easy to get a quote without jumping through hoops, they were very honest and direct. Caryn, the internet sales manager reached out to me very quickly after my initial inquiry and gave me exactly what I asked for regarding pricing. There were no huge hidden fees or extra added nonsense that most dealers quote you. Nope, the price advertised was pretty much it, and that was a great start. She connected me with a salesman, Roy, who provided me detailed videos and answered all my extensive questions about the truck. He was very patient, didn’t pressure me at all and did a great job going through everything I asked about. Once we worked out all the details and an agreed upon price I left a deposit and made plans to travel, finalize everything and pick up the truck as I wanted to personally take a look at it. It was a used vehicle and you never know what you might get when you see it in person. Well when I arrived any minor concerns were completely alleviated. The vehicle was exactly as Roy had described, there were zero surprises and I was very happy with the condition and the way it drove. It was exactly as he described. Upon wrapping that up, Roy took me inside where he already had all the paperwork ready for me ahead of time, and then took me to Michael who was the finance manager to sign the rest of the paperwork. Michael asked about my use and intended mileage that I’ll be driving, and he gave me a few different options that he recommended for extended coverages on various components. He took his time to explain them all to me, noted which ones he think would best fit my needs, but did not pressure me at all and provided very fair pricing. We wrapped everything up, I received my paper work and temp tags and I was able to go on my way. I’m a car guy so I’ve bought dozens of vehicles over the years. I can truly say this is the absolute best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I would not hesitate to do future business with Weikert Ford again. In fact due to my great experience, Ford will be at the top of my list of vehicle choices in the future simply due to Weikert. Thank you to the whole team at Weikert for all for your help, and especially Roy who was there every step of the way.

This is the best dealership in the State of Florida. They never let me down by giving the best pricing on new trucks and the highest trade in value….$1000’s more than other dealers. They offer awesome service at your house after the sale! Doesn’t get any better than that. I’ve purchased three trucks from them over the past several years.
