2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

What a great service experience at Koch Ford yesterday. Took my Roush 427R in for service and inspection. The team highlighted work that needed to be done and even found a problem I didn't know existed and took care of it for me. Special thanks to Matthew, Jim and Justin. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and just a great team!

The whole staff was very pleasant, easy to talk to and took all if my concerns seriously. Jill kept me informed with updates on my vehicles service quite often. The technicians did not stop checking my vehicle until they found the problem and fixed it correctly! Overall this is the best dealership experience I've ever had.

Fantastic service from thr service center. I had 4 recalls and diagnostic test that needed to be done. The ford service centers in NY would have taken about a month to take me in and another few days to complete. With Koch they took me in with no problem fixed everything within a few hours. I drove from NY to PA just for their services and it was well worth it. Jillian was really nice, she kept me updated on each repair and what was covered from my warranty. Thank you everyone.
