Pedro was excellent to work with. He coordinated with your team of technicians on recommendations for my vehicle and communicated efficiently with me. Pedro also worked with his team to make sure that when the safest option for the vehicle was to replace the brake pads along with the rotors, that the extra parts and labor didn't affect his original quote too much. I appreciate the fact that he went beyond the call of duty and made sure my vehicle was safe rather than just making sure it made money for the shop. This is exceptional service.
