Appointment scheduling was easy (just realize that appointments are a ways out). Check in was slick. I was greeted and signed in within moments. I was worried that I wouldn't get it back in time for a trip a week later but I was assured it would be ready. It was! I was updated daily on progress. I was given the price of every service item and asked for approval before it was done. I departed for AR on schedule with renewed confidence in the performance and safety of my truck.
