2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

This was the biggest repair I have ever had to do on any vehicle I have ever owned. To say I was nervous about how it would all go is an understatement. Hilbish had my truck for three weeks, and when I picked it up there were some punch list items. I worked with Tommy the SM and he was great. The truck has never run as well as it does now. Josh my service advisor and the two techs that did the work were great. I stopped by the shop a couple of times to check in. The techs were super helpful and took their time to make sure I understood what all was being done. I would highly recommend HIlbish Ford to anyone needing any type of diesel work done. Top notch group, that truly do care for their customers.

The service was great. I had the tires rotated, oil changed and other fluids topped off. I was expecting to have to pay but the guy that told me the car was ready asked if I had signed up for rewards. The points I had built up paid for the service and I have enough for the next one. This made me very happy.

My service advisor Jody was absolutely phenomenal! Hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. This is the kind of customer service that unfortunately has fell by the wayside in a lot of dealerships. Thank you Jody for an amazing experience! You have a customer for life!
