It’s old school class mixed with cutting edge technology. They are doing something right at Wahlstrom Ford. They are still operating with morals, dignity and pride in what they do. It’s something that is becoming harder and harder to find in the world we live in. It’s knowing that the person helping you sees going above and beyond as non-optional. Excellent to work with and a crew that you know are looking out for your best interests, not their own. Highly recommend!

Making the decision to purchase a vehicle is a significant investment. Purchasing a new vehicle typically correlates with specific expectations, performance, and service. Look no further than Wahlstrom Ford in Chadron, NE. From our initial discussion to the point of sale, AJ Huffman was the epitome of a professional. His unbiased and straightforward approach eliminated the “smoke and mirrors” effect that one commonly encounters in the car sales arena. AJ listened, advised, and was mindful of the requests I had regarding my interest in purchasing a new F-150 pickup. Ultimately, once he realized the specific style of F-150 I was interested in was unavailable in Wahlstrom Ford’s current inventory, he began a nationwide search to find the pickup that I wanted. Considering the geographical distance involved regarding all prospective parties, AJ remained patient and diligently conducted a search. Throughout the process, AJ prepared multiple cost analyses based on the differing F-150 models he had identified and made it clear to me as the customer what my financial obligation would be in each scenario. Most importantly, he respected my boundaries as the customer and remained transparent. After a week’s worth of searching, AJ located the desired F-150 in Enid, OK. Much to my surprise, AJ informed me that he would travel to Enid, OK, trailer the new pickup and deliver it to me in Omaha, NE. In return, he would trailer my trade back to Chadron, NE. Literally, a premier service that completely exceeded my expectation. The Wahlstrom Ford Team handled the entire exchange of vehicle information/data. Overall, the entire purchase was simple and convenient. The selflessness and availability AJ and the Wahlstrom Ford Team demonstrated throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process fostered trust and made me comfortable in my decision. I would strongly recommend working with AJ and commend Wahlstrom Ford for truly being the “The Value Store.”
