Excellent service experience, making the appointment was easy & they were able to get me in quick. Confirmation text along with the info for my appointment came right away. Everyone I came across was very helpful & professional. Their price on the works oil change was extremely competitive and I liked that it included a full inspection of the car as well. The waiting area inside was adequate & comfortable. I will definitely be returning with my car and telling my friends about my great experience.

Leased our 2023 Mach-E GT from Ford of Upland and have no regrets! Kevin was amazing! Helped get us a sick deal. The lady in finance was amazing as well. I believe her name is Elaine? John the manager was great as well. 10/10 will definitely be back soon.

I was expecting a very long day of going back and forth and fighting for what I needed this deal to be like, so I could afford to buy my truck. I came with the expectation that I was going to leave because I didn't think it would work. They negotiated with me and were so extremely courteous about it. Most of the footwork had been done via text. I'm really busy and appreciated having that convenience. I'm not stressed about my payment because they worked the financing options beautifully. Great team they have in there, super professional, not pushy in any way, and you'll leave feeling like someone understands what buying a car is like in today's economy.
