I set up an appointment for my Ford Chassis Class C RV because TS&S Ford in Madras is one of just a couple commercial Ford Service Centers in Oregon that can take RVs. They were very helpful and accommodating and took care to complete an ABS module programming update that I couldn’t get anyone else to do. It took literally just a few minutes to do the update and my RV was in and out in an hour. Maria and Esli were both very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone with a Ford Chasis RV needing service to take your RV here. In fact, anyone with any Ford service will not be disappointed. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership service center. It makes me want to buy my next vehicle from this dealership because it’s obvious they have created an excellent work culture with employees who truly want to help their customers. A++++
