It was my first time buying a ford and dealing with McLary Ford. I first spoke on the phone with Tim Burls and he was very responsive and nice. I told him the vehicle I was looking at online and told him what time I could be up to the dealership. When I arrived I was treated as if he and I had known each other all of our lives and needless to say he worked with me till we had a deal. Now most of this is somewhat typical for car salesman. What differs with Tim is post sale. Tim was eager to keep in contact and support any questions or needs after the sale.everyone else was great as well. If you’re looking for a friendly hometown dealer, Tim is your guy and I’d highly recommend him!
I had a great experience with McClary Ford. I called about buying a new Maverick truck and they made the process seamless. Their finance guy, Austin, is a real straight shooter. He also pointed me in the right direction for another company to put decals on my truck. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership.
Thomas was amazing, from the moment I contacted McClary with my interest and even after driving off the lot and return home two hours away. I am confident we made the right choice and never felt pressured. We will be in the market for a new vehicle in our other ride in two years, McClary Ford and Thomas will be the first place we turn to.
