Just love that 5 Star has a free shuttle service to get me home when I drop off my car. I did not need that this time, but have used it twice before. Very friendly, ready when promised, and treat me and my vehicles well. I have 3 vehicles and use them to service all 3, one was even purchased there, which was also a very easy experience and I was treated with concern and respect.

I just purchased a brand new ford explorer from Dustin! He made the process a breeze, he was so kind & knowledgeable about the car. He made sure to show me all the features and make sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot in it! I’ve never had such a great experience at a car dealership!

**Second purchase in under five months. When we bought first vehicle, I ask Dustin to be on the look out for a specific type of a pull rig I was in search of. It was a unicorn. Purchased new truck from Five Star Ford. Just took in for first oil change. Saw sales person Dustin who sold it to us, always pleasant to work with and say hi. Spoke to Parker in service, got us in and we waited there. Nice to chat with them. A great dealership and trusted one. I will only deal with them and drive 3 hours to see them. Thank you...
