I had a great experience at Cook Ford. Came in to get me a more gas efficient mom car because mine was high mileage and giving me a lot of problems. They honored my trade in for my BMW. My salesman Daniel made the car buying process quick and easy. I am a person that is usually always pressed for time and having to get things done quickly.. He had my paperwork ready once I got to the dealership to sign and got me over to financing in a timely manner. Good deal and no sketchy vibes. If you’re at Cook Ford you need to go see Dan the car man. ????

My husband had been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of years when he came across a 2022 Nissan Titan at Cook Ford. He's a very pragmatic person and believes that internet pricing should be the "actual cost" of the vehicle after you get to the dealership and start the negotiations and buying process. So many dealerships, Presley all of them, have additional dealer fees and charges that are added to the cost once you start talking about buying the vehicle. I can absolutely say, without a doubt, that Cook Ford has the most honest internet pricing that we have ever come across at any dealership. Morghan was the sweetest sales associate that took us for a test drive in the truck. When she came out with the dealer sheet to discuss us purchasing the vehicle, the cost of the truck was exactly the price posted on the internet! Are buying process was the quickest we have ever experienced. We got through the application and the finance department all within about 2 1/2 hours. Chris Norris, (AKA I mistakenly called him Chuck Norris - LOL) finance director, had all our paperwork ready to go and they worked with our credit union. Our initial paperwork was based on our pre-approval from the credit union, but since we purchased a much newer vehicle he talked to the indirect sales department of the credit union and the interest rate was lowered. Chris redrew up the agreements based on the lower interest rate and all we had to do was resign via docusign. I highly recommend going to Cook Ford if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Talk to Morghan, she has an awesome accent as she's from New Zealand ???? Cook Ford is #1 in our book!

I came in to buy a car and my sales person was MORGHAN!!! She was awesome and made everything so smooth, Bryan Fraser was also super awesome. We then went to finance where Lou helped me find a good bank that had a better rate than my personal bank, also car note ,gap, and warranty all in the price range I was looking for. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the market for a new car????
