Worked with Mitch Hookam March 2024 buying a 2024 Ford Explorer and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable, but didn't waste our time. We would give him a rating of 10 in every category. We would ask for him to help us if we decided to replace our truck. He was that good. We love the new Explorer. Thanks Mitch.

We had a great experience with Paducah Ford. We started looking around when we felt like our local dealer was playing with us a bit. We knew what we wanted when we reached out to them and they gave us an honest and painless experience. They delivered our new truck to us (and I’m writing this from the passenger seat!) within a week of purchase from out of state and continued to check in to make sure it was a great experience. We broke our own rules to always negotiate because the price was where we wanted to be and unmatched in our area. We’re thrilled with them.
