Travis Pitner and Landmark Ford as a whole know customer service. I showed up knowing what truck I wanted and left with it for a fair price without all the exhausting sales antics that often go along with buying a vehicle. I've had my 2024 Ford Maverick for almost 2 months now, and put nearly 3000 miles on it between coastal fishing and business trips. Not a single problem so far. Travis has reached out several times since then; never to solicit more services, but to see if there was anything more I needed of him and for my honest opinion of his services. You've definitely earned my future business and referrals. Keep it up!

I’ve never left a Google review before, but my experience at landmark, Griffin specifically, is noteworthy and deserves recognition. This was my first time getting a new vehicle, and my experience at Landmark was top notch. I can’t recommend Griffin enough - not only was he extremely knowledgable about the Mach E and Ford in general, but he was honest with his recommendations, friendly, efficient, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision - he was the exact opposite of the car salesman vibe I secretly was dreading. Five stars all around, go see Griffin at Landmark for your next Ford vehicle. Can’t recommend him highly enough. And if Landmark/Ford big wigs read this review - give the man a damn bonus please. You have a truly exceptional employee and all around great human being working there. Thanks Griffin, you’re the man.

First time I've purchased a vehicle from Landmark. It was a good experience. The salesperson (Dave) was very helpful and there was zero pressure. We got great value on our trade in and great price on a new truck. There were a couple of outstanding things we wanted done on the truck and Dave has already reached out with getting them scheduled. I would go back again.
