2025 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

We continue to take our Lincoln MKZ back to this ford location, as it is where we purchased it originally & because of the consistent amazing customer service and timely completion of repair/maintenance. On this specific occasion, we were getting an oil change on a Friday evening. We called that morning to see if they could put us on a waitlist if something opened up and they had an appointment available for around 4 PM that day. We were already excited, grateful, and thankful that we were able to get in so quickly, as we were taking a last-minute trip that Sunday to Salem Massachusetts, which is a minimum 2000 mile round-trip for us. Brennen Hernandez assisted us and not only did he make sure that we were informed on what services were being completed. He also informed us that we did need to get four new tires before we left for our road trip for our safety. He took us back to look at the tires, which indeed we definitely had to get tires that day, as one tire already had wires hanging out of it..SCARY! Now, remember, they got us in last minute to get an oil change at 4 PM. The business closes at 5 PM. Brennen offered to stay over and put four new tires on for us, as he knew we were taking a road trip for our 5 year wedding anniversary that Sunday. Thankfully, they had the right brand of tires on hand that day. Brennen got us a loaner ready, pulled it right up to the door, and offered for us to go shopping or grab something to eat while he stayed over after hours to get the vehicle ready for us. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping us have a safe trip for our 5 year wedding anniversary, Brennen!!! The Colemans
